Highly recommend ARTrend Design as interior designer Phoebe and her team did an exceptional job with the major overhaul of my resale home. Great design in terms of color scheme, placement and building of furniture. She is responsible with follow-ups and delivered per our required schedule even though there was a last minute decision to make new kitchen and balcony flooring due to aged waterproof membrane. Phoebe will also work well within your budget and not hard sell any services, she will even advise you on what is necessary in the renovation to help you save up even more! Will definitely look for ARTrend Design Phoebe again if I ever need to renovate my home. Excellent job well done Phoebe!

When we collected the keys for our new house in April 2018, we chose Artrend to design our new home again. Our pervious home was designed by them and the built-in furniture was still in good condition after 20 years. Kevin, their boss is friendly as always. Joseph, our previous designer and now their GM attended to us and we were assigned to Phoebe. She is very attentive and designed it to our needs. Their services are good and pro-active. We are now proud owners of our well designed home. The after sale services are excellent too. After a year, we still occasionally asked Phoebe to help in some minor defects. She would arrange for the carpenter to repair them. Thank you and keep up with your good work.

I am writing this letter to compliment and to express my sincere thanks to your company staff – Mr Stepher Phang, who has served my husband and I very well with his patience and professional attitude during our renovation period. Not only were his designs beautifully drawn to our satisfaction, Stepher was also very positive in accepting our feedback to further improve on his designs. He has indeed met all our expectations as a creative designer as well as a very responsible contractor. My husband and I are truly impressed with his service excellence and his quick response to our queries.
Even though there were some problems during the renovation period, Stepher was always very prompt and professional in setting those issues quickly and in a tactful way without causing further unhappiness. We are overall satisfied with the renovation works carried out at our unit although there could be improvements to the attention to details, especially to some of the carpentry works.
